  • Which file formats are accepted?
    DICOM format is preferred. Ensure studies are complete and properly labeled.
  • How should patient data be anonymized?
    Remove unnecessary personal identifiers while keeping essential study information as per guidelines.
  • What image quality standards should be followed?
    Ensure correct positioning, adequate exposure, proper collimation, and no motion artifacts.
  • How do I upload images?
    Upload studies via the designated portal or PACS integration and confirm successful transfer.
  • What should I do if upload fails?
    Retry after checking connectivity. If the issue continues, contact technical support with case details.
